What does a trash-out or cleanout include?+
We remove all abandoned furniture, appliances, debris, and personal items left behind. Haul-away is included. We do not handle hazardous waste disposal — that requires a licensed hazmat service.
Do you handle eviction cleanouts?+
Yes. We work with property managers and landlords on post-eviction cleanouts. Contact us to schedule an assessment.
How do I get a quote?+

What areas do you serve?+
Lee and Collier Counties, Florida — including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero.
Do you do repairs and maintenance?+
We handle cosmetic and punch-list repairs in-house: painting, minor drywall, hardware, and light fixtures. For electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or structural work, we coordinate a licensed trade partner for that portion.
Can you turn over multiple units at once?+
Yes. We coordinate multi-unit turnover schedules. Contact us to discuss your property's needs.
What does "photo documentation" mean?+
After each job we deliver a room-by-room photo set showing before and after conditions. This is included at no extra charge on cleanout and turnover jobs.
How do I know what the work will cost before you start?+
We provide a written flat quote before any work begins. You approve it before we start. If scope changes, we tell you before doing additional work.
